PILATES

Tuesdays term time 11:10am - 12:00pm

In today's busy life it’s good to take time out to look after ourselves and focus on our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.  Pilates at Community@51 on a Tuesday morning is a great way to do this.  It is a safe and fun way to improve flexibility, core strength, coordination, posture and balance as well as an opportunity to meet and connect with others.  Karen, a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor runs the 45-50 minute programme, starting at 11:10am during term time.  If you are interested in attending please contact the Heretaunga Christian Centre office.  We hope to see you there.'

CAFE
